• Reschedule the consultation at no additional cost, or

• Issue a full refund of the consultation fee.

3. Service Fees

Payments made for immigration consulting, documentation assistance, admissions support, or related professional services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Work is considered to have commenced once any of the following has occurred:

• Initial profile assessment has been completed.

• Strategy or planning has been provided.

• Documentation review has begun.

• Applications have been prepared or submitted.

• Communication with institutions or authorities has been initiated.

• Any customised work has been performed on the client's behalf.

4. Visa Decisions

Dream Visa Consultants LLP provides professional guidance and support throughout the immigration process.

However, we do not guarantee:

• Visa approval

• Admission to any educational institution

• Permanent Residency approval

• Work permit approval

• Visitor visa approval

• Processing timelines

As final decisions are made solely by the respective immigration authorities or institutions, payments made for our professional services are not refundable due to visa refusal, admission refusal, or any decision made by third-party authorities.

5. Client Cancellation

If a client chooses to discontinue services after engaging Dream Visa Consultants LLP, refunds shall not be provided for services already rendered or work already completed.

Any unused portion of the service may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a payment has been made more than once due to a technical error or incorrect transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional situations, Dream Visa Consultants LLP may consider refund requests on compassionate or special grounds.

Such requests are evaluated individually and any decision regarding a refund shall be at the sole discretion of the management.

9. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway charges, bank charges, taxes, currency conversion fees, or other third-party transaction costs incurred during payment processing may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
